Who we are

Our journey began in 2010 with The Family Support Initiative (FASI), supporting a few families in Kamuli district, and in 2023 we became an NGO to expand across Eastern and Central Uganda. We improve access to child health services by fighting vaccine-preventable diseases, malnutrition, and loss to follow-up in HIV/TB care, using a holistic model of support and incentives. Through Family Care Groups, we empower caregivers with skills, seed capital, and financial training to help them break the cycle of poverty and build healthier futures.
